Terms & Conditions

• To qualify for this holiday you must be married or living together for a minimum of two years, aged between 30 and 65 and with a minimum household income of USD$40,000.
• This offer entitles two adults and two children (under 12 years of age) to travel. Some resorts may request an additional supplement charge when accommodating children.
• A minimum 21 days notice is required when making a booking.
• You will receive accommodation for seven days however, if you require a two week holiday please contact us and we will arrange it for you at an additional cost, subject to availability.
• All accommodation is provided on a self catering basis, no meal packages are provided with this offer. Meals, air and ground travel is the sole responsibility of the person’s redeeming the holiday.
• There will be an administration charge of USD$79 for the weeks accommodation which you will be required to submit with your registration request.
• The accommodation supplier endeavors to provide you with the best possible accommodation to suit you and your family and therefore reserves the right to withdraw or substitute any resort at any time.
• As a couple you will be required to attend an introductory presentation to show you the resort facilities and holiday system, which will allow you to save time and money on future holidays however, you are under no obligation to buy or enter any contract.
• This offer is valid up to 24 months after the date of issue unless by prior arrangement with our reservations office.
• All reservations are made subject to availability, you should be aware that accommodation during certain peak holidays advance booking is highly recommended. Accommodation is generally not available during Xmas/New Year periods.
• Non compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement will invalidate this certificate.
• Medical and holiday insurance is obligatory.
• The administration charge is non refundable on cancellation and your holiday insurance should be adequate to cover this contingency.
• Once a booking has been submitted the voucher is deemed as used, should you wish to change your booking further processing fees will apply.
